As a Data Developer in the Business Integrity Reporting & Analytics team, you will:
- Apply quantitative skills and incorporate qualitative insights to inform and influence strategy for Global Operations.
- Partner with Operations, Data Science, Data Engineering, Product and Engineering teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze data, conduct research and synthesize feedback into plans, processes and playbooks.
- Build data infrastructure, visualization, and self-serve analytical tools to drive demand forecasting, scenario planning, and prioritization.
- Drive broad adoption and alignment of the team's initiatives through strong cross-functional collaboration.
This role requires a Master's Degree in Operations Research, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 5 years of experience in job offered or in a data science-related occupation. Experience must include:
- Querying and manipulating complex raw datasets using SQL and at least one scripting language (PHP, Python, or Perl)
- Using data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
- Gathering business requirements and defining metrics across varied stakeholders
- Designing and building reporting solutions, data pipeline architecture, and reusable data models
- Explaining technical concepts and analysis implications to varied audiences
- Translating business objectives into actionable analyses
