Data Developer, Business Integrity Reporting & Analytics

As a Data Developer in the Business Integrity Reporting & Analytics team, you will:

• Apply quantitative skills and incorporate qualitative insights to inform and influence strategy for Global Operations.
• Partner with Operations, Data Science, Data Engineering, Product and Engineering teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze data, conduct research and synthesize feedback into plans, processes and playbooks.
• Build data infrastructure, visualization, and self-serve analytical tools to drive demand forecasting, scenario planning, and prioritization.
• Drive broad adoption and alignment of the team's initiatives through strong cross-functional collaboration.

This role requires a Master's Degree in Operations Research, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 5 years of experience in job offered or in a data science-related occupation. Experience must include:

1. Querying and manipulating complex raw datasets using SQL and at least one scripting language (PHP, Python, or Perl)
2. Using data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
3. Gathering business requirements and defining metrics across varied stakeholders
4. Designing and building reporting solutions, data pipeline architecture, and reusable data models
5. Explaining technical concepts and analysis implications to varied audiences
6. Translating business objectives into actionable analyses
