Responsibilities For Antenna Engineer

  • Responsible for antenna design, implementation and verification throughout a product design cycle
  • Responsible for antenna matching circuit design, antenna passive and active performance by computer simulation and lab validation
  • Perform board level and product level EM simulations for radio performance
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams and external JDM/CM
  • Support EMI/EMC troubleshooting, and product certification
  • Support domestic/international travel to achieve program milestones

Requirements For Antenna Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, related field or equivalent experience with 6+ years of experience in antenna design
  • Experience with RF lab equipment for RF device and antenna characterization
  • Experience in EM simulation software, such as CST, HFSS
  • Experience with antenna/wireless system architecture and multi-radio coexistence mechanism
  • Hands on with antenna tuning and measurement with VNA and anechoic chamber system
