Antenna Engineer

Meta Reality Labs is seeking an experienced Antenna Engineer to join their wireless team focusing on AR/MR products. This role combines technical expertise in antenna design with practical implementation skills, working on cutting-edge augmented and mixed reality technologies. The position involves comprehensive antenna development, from initial specification through design, simulation, and testing phases. You'll work with Meta's innovative AR/VR technology team, contributing to the next generation of immersive experiences.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in antenna design for consumer electronics, with hands-on experience in RF lab equipment, EM simulation software, and system architecture. You'll be responsible for leading antenna design through various development stages, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring wireless products from concept to market.

Meta offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $170,000 to $240,000 annually, plus bonus and equity opportunities.
