Battery Product Design Engineer

Meta is seeking a Battery Product Design Engineer to join their Reality Labs team, focusing on powering the next generation of AR/VR devices. The role involves significant cross-functional collaboration, working with teams across safety, reliability, and operations.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of mechanical engineering experience with battery pack design, though 5+ years is preferred. You'll need a strong educational background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or material science, combined with practical experience in high-volume manufacturing programs.

This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $111,000 to $164,000 annually, plus bonus and equity opportunities.
