Responsibilities For Content Operations Manager
- Provide comprehensive operations support to Content Organization teams
- Plan, track, and execute operational initiatives
- Establish action plans and timelines consistent with organizational goals
- Maintain accurate budget management and tracking
- Drive procurement and contract frameworks
- Own supplier onboarding and procurement processes
- Serve as key point of contact for contract execution
- Ensure cross-functional partners have necessary information
- Support efficient launch readiness flows
- Codify processes and maintain knowledge base
- Document workflows, schedules, and trackers
- Handle confidential assignments and information
Requirements For Content Operations Manager
- 5+ years project and/or program management experience
- 2 years experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Career focus in Business Operations field
- Experience with project management tools
- Proven experience establishing operational processes
- Experience working with diverse colleagues and partners
- Experience managing time-sensitive projects
