Responsibilities For Content Operations Manager

  • Provide comprehensive operations support to Content Organization teams
  • Plan, track, and execute operational initiatives
  • Establish action plans and timelines consistent with organizational goals
  • Maintain accurate budget management and tracking
  • Drive procurement and contract frameworks
  • Own supplier onboarding and procurement processes
  • Serve as key point of contact for contract execution
  • Ensure cross-functional partners have necessary information
  • Support efficient launch readiness flows
  • Codify processes and maintain knowledge base
  • Document workflows, schedules, and trackers
  • Handle confidential assignments and information

Requirements For Content Operations Manager

  • 5+ years project and/or program management experience
  • 2 years experience with budgeting and forecasting
  • Career focus in Business Operations field
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Proven experience establishing operational processes
  • Experience working with diverse colleagues and partners
  • Experience managing time-sensitive projects
  • Experience with new hardware consumer launches
  • BA/BSc or equivalent (preferred)
