Responsibilities For Data Engineer, Product Analytics

  • Manage and execute data warehouse plans for products to solve well-scoped problems
  • Identify data needs and implement logging requirements
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers and data scientists
  • Build data expertise and leverage data controls for privacy, security, and compliance
  • Design, build and launch new data models and visualizations
  • Design, build and launch new ETL processes in production
  • Support existing processes and implement optimized solutions
  • Define and manage SLA for data sets

Requirements For Data Engineer, Product Analytics

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with ETL
  • Experience with Data modeling
  • Experience with Schema design and dimensional data modeling
  • Programming languages: Python, C++, C#, and/or Scala
  • Experience with Dashboarding & Visualization
  • Experience with Telemetry and Logging design
