Key responsibilities include driving program initiatives from requirements gathering to rollout, promoting best design practices, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires comprehensive knowledge of fiber optic components, cabling, and technologies, along with proven leadership experience in managing complex projects.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of engineering experience, a Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience, and demonstrated expertise in physical infrastructure design. They should be capable of effective prioritization, workflow efficiency, and automation, with experience in construction management and mission-critical engineering projects.
The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $144,000 to $201,000 annually, plus bonus and equity opportunities. Based in Denver, the position requires 10-20% travel to review projects and coordinate with onsite personnel.
