Description For Integrity Solutions Engineer

Meta is seeking an Integrity Solutions Engineer to join their Content Regulations organization within Cross Integrity. This role sits at the crucial intersection of content regulation, legal compliance, and technical implementation. As part of a new globally distributed team, you'll be responsible for developing regulatory compliance solutions and serving as a technical liaison between content regulators, legal teams, policy makers, and engineering teams across Meta.

The position offers a unique opportunity to directly impact how Meta handles content regulation and compliance across its platforms. You'll be working on critical systems that handle detection of illegal content, auditing of content moderation systems, user notifications, and appeals processes. This role combines technical expertise with policy understanding, requiring both strong engineering skills and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive software engineering experience, particularly in working with legal and policy teams. You'll need to be comfortable with various programming languages and have a strong understanding of regulatory environments like GDPR and DSA. The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $177,000 to $251,000 annually, plus bonus and equity opportunities.

Working at Meta means being part of a company that's shaping the future of social technology, moving beyond traditional social media into immersive technologies like AR and VR. You'll be joining a team that's tackling complex challenges at the intersection of technology, policy, and social responsibility, with the opportunity to influence how one of the world's largest tech companies approaches content regulation and user safety.
