As an Integrity Solutions Engineer, you'll be part of a globally distributed team focused on ensuring Meta's compliance with content regulations. You'll work on detection of illegal content, auditing content moderation systems, managing user notifications for content removal, and handling appeals processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly observe the social impact of your technical solutions while working with various stakeholders across the organization.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive software engineering experience, particularly in working with legal and policy teams. You'll need to be comfortable with various programming languages and have a strong understanding of regulatory environments. This role requires both technical expertise and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, including regulators.
Meta offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $177,000-$251,000, plus bonus and equity opportunities.
