Manager, Risk Operations Systems

Meta is seeking a Manager, Risk Operations Systems to join their team. This role requires expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and presentation of data to drive key performance metrics such as fraud losses, payment success rates, and support efficiency. The successful candidate will work alongside product teams to implement risk and finance solutions, improve the payments experience, and optimize customer support structure. They will be responsible for maintaining the performance of Facebook's risk rules, improving or removing poorly performing risk and payment policies, and identifying opportunities to improve metrics. The role also involves providing expertise in career planning, performance management, and coaching, as well as collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive team-wide results and meet operational, service, and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Applying expertise in quantitative analysis and data mining to provide insights
• Driving key performance metrics and influencing cross-functional partners
• Implementing risk and finance solutions to enhance the payments experience
• Maintaining and improving Facebook's risk rules and policies
• Providing leadership in career planning and performance management
• Collaborating with various teams to meet operational and revenue goals

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Business, Science, Information Technology Management, Engineering, Economics, or related field
• 24 months of work experience in the job offered or a business analyst-related occupation
• Experience in manipulating large data sets in SQL, data mining and reporting, defining and communicating performance metrics, dashboarding, statistical regression analysis, analyzing ads API delivery data, and programming in Python or R
