Manager, Technical Program Management - Developer Platform

Meta's Developer Platform team is seeking a Technical Program Management Leader to oversee a crucial division that supports 500K third-party developers and manages 6,000+ APIs across Meta's Family of Apps. This role combines technical leadership with people management, focusing on building secure and efficient developer platforms that drive billions in revenue.

The position requires a strategic leader who can balance technical expertise with team management, working at the intersection of developer experience and platform security. You'll lead a team of Technical Program Managers in creating and implementing solutions that ensure both platform value and regulatory compliance.

As a Manager of Technical Program Management, you'll be responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration, managing complex technical programs, and ensuring the successful delivery of platform initiatives. The role involves working with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and researchers to build and maintain Meta's developer ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in API development, security protocols, and regulatory compliance, combined with strong leadership abilities. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of Meta's developer platform, ensuring it remains secure, scalable, and valuable for both third-party developers and Meta's internal teams.

This position offers competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $167,000-$230,000, plus bonus and equity opportunities.
