Network Engineer, Deployment & Support

Meta's Edge & Network Service (ENS) team is seeking passionate engineers to tackle unique challenges in connecting the world. As a Network Engineer in Deployment & Support, you'll be responsible for managing and deploying network infrastructure across Meta's global data centers. The role involves working with cutting-edge network technologies, configuring and troubleshooting routing protocols, and maintaining critical infrastructure.

You'll be part of a truly global team that handles all production networks including Edge, Backbone, Optical, and Datacenter networks, as well as the content delivery network (CDN). This position offers unique opportunities to work with the latest network technologies while solving complex industry problems.

The role requires strong technical expertise in network protocols, Linux systems, and automation. You'll be responsible for day-to-day operations, maintenance, and reliability of regional networks, while also contributing to the design of new scalable network solutions. The position includes participation in an on-call rotation and requires up to 30% travel based on projects.
