Description For Partner Engineer, Reality Labs

Meta is seeking a Partner Engineer for their Reality Labs division to bridge the gap between external partners and Meta's AR/VR platforms. This role combines technical expertise with partnership management, focusing on helping partners integrate their applications onto Meta's AR/VR devices, including Quest headsets and RayBan Meta Glasses.

The position requires a unique blend of technical proficiency in AR/VR development and strong interpersonal skills. You'll be working directly with prominent partners to ensure successful app integration while maintaining Meta's quality standards. You'll need to maintain deep technical knowledge of Meta's AR/VR architecture while also serving as a strategic advisor to both partners and internal teams. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge technology in the AR/VR space and the opportunity to influence the development of Meta's immersive platforms.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $173,000 to $247,000 annually, plus bonus and equity opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical background who wants to work at the intersection of technology and business partnerships in the rapidly evolving AR/VR space.
