Partner Engineering Manager

Meta is seeking an experienced Partner Engineering Manager to lead their enterprise and government-focused team. This role combines technical leadership with strategic partnership management, requiring 10+ years of experience in partner engineering or technical program management. The position involves managing channel partner engineers and direct partner/enterprise/government engineers while developing comprehensive strategies for partner enablement.

The role demands a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise software integrations. You'll be responsible for overseeing multiple partner relationships, driving innovation in partner engineering processes, and contributing to Meta's channel partner roadmap. The position requires excellent communication skills to represent the team at executive levels and collaborate across various organizational functions.

Key responsibilities include developing strategic plans for partner engagement, managing high-priority lighthouse projects, and establishing performance metrics for continuous improvement. You'll work closely with Solutions Architects and Developer Advocates to support sales motions and technical enablement for partners and end customers.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of team leadership experience. Experience with government agencies and enterprise clients is crucial, as is a proven track record of managing complex technical projects. The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $210,000 to $285,000 annually, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
