Meta is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Social, RL to drive business outcomes tied to the virtual reality and augmented reality ecosystem. The role involves developing optimization programs, driving experimentation, and working with cross-functional teams to influence and align on optimization efforts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and driving optimization programs to increase performance across the full marketing funnel
  • Driving experimentation across key optimization levers
  • Using tools like Excel, Tableau, and custom marketing analytics dashboards to analyze data
  • Identifying budget optimization strategies using attribution data and media mix models
  • Working with communication planning team and agency partners
  • Building and evolving Ad Tech solutions in partnership with technical engineering, privacy and legal teams

The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in Media Management, Marketing, or related field and four years of relevant work experience. They should have expertise in creating and implementing paid social media strategies, executing full-funnel marketing campaigns, and experience with marketing measurement tools.

  • Drive business outcomes tied to the virtual reality and augmented reality ecosystem
  • Develop and drive optimization programs to increase performance across the full marketing funnel
  • Drive experimentation across key optimization levers
  • Brainstorm and identify new optimization and growth opportunities across paid media channels
  • Use tools like Excel, Tableau, and custom marketing analytics dashboards to analyze data
  • Identify budget optimization strategies using attribution data and media mix models

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams across all workstreams
  • Build and evolve Ad Tech solutions in partnership with technical engineering, privacy and legal teams
  • Drive paid media channel experimentation, a/b testing, analyzing data sets, and interpreting them

Requirements For Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Social, RL

  • Master's degree in Media Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Four years of work experience in media or marketing-related occupation
  • Experience in creating, implementing, measuring, and optimizing comprehensive paid social media strategy
  • Experience in executing full-funnel marking campaigns across social media platforms
  • Experience in marketing experimentation, A/B testing, analyzing data sets, and interpreting them
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and analytical dashboards
  • Experience in managing high-impact cross-functional work with project management skills
  • Knowledge of marketing measurement tools such as lift measurement, attribution model, or media mix model
  • Marketing experience in consumer hardware, ecommerce, technology, or augmented/virtual reality
  • Experience with marketing strategy, content management, and social listening tools
