Meta Reality Labs (RL) is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Creative Lead to join their Developer Ecosystem organization. This role combines creative leadership with hands-on execution in the exciting field of AR/VR technology. The position offers a competitive salary range of $129,000 to $185,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding creative direction and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support key events, content launches, and updates for Meta's developer ecosystem. This role requires a unique blend of creative expertise and program management skills, with a focus on developing impactful creative assets and strategic documentation.

Responsibilities For Program Manager, Creative Lead
- Lead and execute hands-on creative work, including creative ideation, presentation decks, key art assets, and graphic elements
- Partner with developers for urgent or key creative needs for content launches and updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build strategy documents and storytelling frameworks
- Serve as key point of creative contact for external agencies
- Direct development of creative assets in various styles and mediums
- Ensure creative outputs elevate content quality and meet strategic objectives
- Work with product marketing, programs, and marketing teams
- Communicate with stakeholders and break down complex requirements
- Foster high creative standards and innovation
