This position is integral to powering machine learning and AI across Meta's products. The role involves managing data labeling and annotation programs end-to-end, working with cross-functional teams to enhance existing projects, and providing insights for product improvement.
As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing vendor teams, establishing and tracking success metrics, and implementing scalable solutions for data labeling efforts. Responsibilities For Project Manager, Product Data Operations
- Manage multiple data annotation and labeling projects end-to-end
- Own project success metrics and timelines
- Directly manage vendor team responsible for data labeling efforts
- Work cross-functionally to build datasets that support Product and Engineering
- Help establish team goals and work with stakeholders on strategies
- Engage in discussions to identify problems and improve workflow quality
- Identify opportunities to improve tooling and implement scalable solutions
Requirements For Project Manager, Product Data Operations
- 5+ years of industry experience in consumer-oriented product environment, consulting, or operations role
- Experience working independently and track record of taking initiative
- Communication, presentation, and project management reporting experience
- Experience analyzing and solving problems
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with SQL (preferred)
- Understanding of Meta Reality Labs products (preferred)
- Experience working with data sets (preferred)
