Technical Program Manager

Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager to execute and implement numerous technical initiatives with various stakeholders including Engineering, Process, and Vendor. The role involves providing hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases. The ideal candidate will develop and manage end-to-end project plans, drive technical design discussions for Cloud-based data platforms, and use problem-solving skills to resolve complex business problems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing complex support flows and providing recommendations for process, policy, and product improvements
• Tracking and analyzing key operational data metrics
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners and vendors to improve community support experience
• Developing scalable solutions to support Meta's global outsourcing base
• Influencing roadmaps and long-term strategy of cross-functional teams
• Managing cross-functional programs across all lines of business

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 24 months of experience in technology program management, software development processes, project tracking systems, and delivering tech programs from inception to delivery
• Experience with user access profiling, requirements gathering, and defining engineering scope
• Ability to work autonomously across multiple teams and foster cross-functional relationships
• Experience with cloud (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and data analytics technologies
