The Technical Services Engineer role is part of Metergy's Custom Solutions team, focusing on developing and implementing technical submetering solutions for mixed-use communities. This position combines engineering expertise with client-facing responsibilities, requiring both technical knowledge and strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate will work on transforming client needs into practical submetering solutions, reviewing electrical and mechanical systems, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.   • Participate in discovery sessions with external clients to evaluate submetering needs
  • Review electrical and mechanical drawings to understand utility distribution systems
  • Develop technical submetering and reporting solutions

Requirements For Technical Services Engineer

  • Engineering Degree from a recognized University
  • 1-5 years of experience
  • Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of the Ontario Health and Safety Act
  • Valid Ontario driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
