Description For Azure ACE Engineer - Korean Speaking

Microsoft's Azure Customer Experience (CXP) team is seeking a Korean-speaking Azure ACE Engineer to join their ACES Strategic team. This role combines technical expertise with customer support excellence, requiring bilingual proficiency in Korean and English. The position involves working with strategic Azure customers, managing critical cloud infrastructure, and driving technical solutions across Microsoft's cloud platform.

As an Advanced Cloud Engineer, you'll be responsible for supporting customers in Korea and ANZ regions, handling complex technical problems, and ensuring optimal Azure implementation. The role requires deep technical knowledge of cloud computing, including IaaS, PaaS, and various Azure services, combined with strong communication skills to bridge technical and business requirements.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in cloud technologies, and demonstrates expertise in areas such as compute, storage, networking, and data platforms. You'll work in a collaborative environment, partnering with Customer Success Account Managers, Cloud Solution Architects, and Azure engineering teams to deliver world-class support experiences.

  • Act as primary engineering contact for customer support experience on Azure
  • Drive resolution of critical and complex problems
  • Support key customer projects on Azure
  • Utilize engineering tools and customer telemetry
  • Conduct health checks on customer environments
  • Handle complex escalations on customer issues
  • Partner with other teams to prioritize and drive resolutions

Requirements For Azure ACE Engineer - Korean Speaking

  • Bilingual fluency in Korean and English at native or business level
  • 4+ years of demonstrated IT experience

  • Experience in supporting and troubleshooting enterprise-level applications
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience in automation languages (PowerShell, Python, C#)
