Microsoft Azure's Networking team is offering an exciting opportunity for a Cloud Network Engineer II to join their organization. As part of the Azure Networking team, you'll be working on designing and building network infrastructure that powers hundreds of thousands of servers in global datacenters, providing core network infrastructure services for Azure, Bing, and other Microsoft cloud services.
The role offers hands-on experience with massive scale data center network architecture design, network infrastructure automatic management, and software-defined networking. You'll be working on one of the largest data center networks globally, putting you at the forefront of Cloud Computing.
The position requires strong expertise in network design, development, and automation, with particular emphasis on protocols such as OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS, LDP, and VRF. You'll be contributing to user requirement analysis, feature design, code implementation, and system monitoring.
The compensation is competitive, with a base salary range of $98,300 - $193,200 USD across most U.S. locations (higher in SF Bay Area and NYC: $127,200 - $208,800).
