Microsoft is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) specializing in the People & Process side of technology. This customer-facing role leverages Microsoft Cloud and professional subject matter expertise to lead people, process, and technical conversations, helping customers achieve business value from their Microsoft investments. The focus areas include governance, operations, adoption, and FinOps.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving positive Customer Satisfaction and becoming a trusted advisor
- Developing impactful relationships with customer and partner architects, C-level Technical Decision Makers (TDMs), and business stakeholders
- Driving consumption growth for Cloud & Customer Success contracts
- Resolving customer blockers by leveraging Microsoft Cloud expertise
- Identifying industry trends and mapping digital transformation solutions to customer business outcomes
- Continuous learning and aligning individual skills to Customer Success goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Microsoft cloud technologies and customer-facing roles
- Technical Certification in Cloud technologies and ITIL v4
- Experience in Agile methodologies, SRE, Cloud platform engineering, or Service Management
- Strong business value communication and trusted advisorship skills
- Native Chinese and business fluency in spoken and written English
