Microsoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO&I) is seeking a Construction Manager to join their Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) team in Jakarta. This role is crucial for delivering core datacenter infrastructure for Microsoft's cloud business. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in managing large-scale datacenter projects.

Responsibilities For Construction Manager

  • Manage project delivery focusing on Safety, Quality, Predictable Cost and Schedule
  • Manage resources/talents assigned to the project
  • Perform daily site walks and track project's progress
  • Ensure CSA and MEP works meet quality standards and comply with regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of construction activities
  • Monitor project budget and provide oversight for project controls
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and attend project meetings
  • Drive data center construction/integration activities
  • Review engineering documentation/designs
  • Manage vendor relationships and performance

Requirements For Construction Manager

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years related experience
  • Multiple years of progressive responsibility project construction management
  • Experience managing large scale projects with both localized and virtual teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent client relationship skills
  • Construction health & safety knowledge
  • Project Quality Assurance
  • English Proficiency, Indonesian Preferred
