Microsoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO&I) is seeking a Construction Manager to join their Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) team. This role is crucial in delivering core datacenter infrastructure for Microsoft's cloud business. Responsibilities For Construction Manager

  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Manage team deployment of large-scale campus delivery solutions
  • Coordinate meetings and activities with stakeholders

  • Implement risk mitigation strategies
  • Ensure quality standards compliance
  • Lead day-to-day management of contracted vendors

Requirements For Construction Manager

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years related experience
  • Multiple years of progressive responsibility project construction management
  • Experience managing large scale projects with both localized and virtual teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Construction health & safety knowledge
  • Project Quality Assurance experience
  • Must pass Microsoft Cloud background check
