Responsibilities For Construction Manager
- Monitor and oversee project budget and controls
- Manage day-to-day coordination with vendors, cost managers, and contractors
- Drive data centre construction/integration activities
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage team deployment of large-scale campus delivery solutions
- Coordinate meetings and activities with stakeholders
- Monitor vendor and contractor performance
- Implement risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure quality standards compliance
- Lead day-to-day management of contracted vendors
Requirements For Construction Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years related experience
- Multiple years of progressive responsibility project construction management
- Experience managing large scale projects with both localized and virtual teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Construction health & safety knowledge
- Project Quality Assurance experience
- Must pass Microsoft Cloud background check
