Description For Customer Experience Engineering

Microsoft's Azure Customer Experience (CXP) team is seeking a Customer Experience Engineer to join their rapidly growing Azure Engineering Support organization. This role is crucial in providing world-class engineering-led support experience for Azure customers. As a CXE, you'll be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, supporting critical customer projects, and acting as the voice of the customer within Azure. The position offers up to 100% remote work flexibility and involves collaboration with field teams and Azure engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in cloud computing with strong customer service skills. You'll work in an inclusive environment that values diversity and empowers team members to show up authentically. Requirements For Customer Experience Engineering

  • Experience in automation languages (PowerShell, Python, C#)
  • Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check
  • Experience with core IaaS: Compute, Storage, Networking
  • Knowledge of Azure PaaS Services
  • Understanding of Identity and Authentication systems
