Description For Data Center Critical Environment Technician Manager

Microsoft's Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) division is seeking a Data Center Critical Environment Technician Manager to join their team. This role is crucial in maintaining and operating Microsoft's vast global infrastructure of over 200 datacenters across 32 countries, supporting services for more than 1 billion customers worldwide.

The position requires a skilled leader who can manage teams responsible for critical infrastructure operations, including electrical, mechanical, and control systems. You'll be working in a high-stakes environment where reliability and uptime are paramount, overseeing complex maintenance operations and emergency response procedures.

As a manager, you'll be responsible for developing your team's capabilities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
