Microsoft's Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization, with over 17,000 employees worldwide, is seeking an Embedded Escalation Engineer (EEE) for their Azure SQL VM team. This role is part of the Customer Service and Support Data and Enterprise Cloud Support Engineering Team.
The position involves leading engineering investigations for customer support incidents, building solutions and automation tools, and identifying emerging trends to improve customer experience. You'll work directly with the SQL Server on Azure VM Product Group, performing complex debugging and remediation while collaborating with Azure SQL Cloud development teams.
