The role sits within the CSO Experimentation team, focusing on earning fans and driving growth through data-driven decision making. You'll be working with Microsoft's global eCommerce platforms that serve millions of customers worldwide, showcasing hardware, productivity, and entertainment offerings.

As an Experimentation Program Manager, you'll be responsible for developing research strategies, optimizing experimentation processes, and ensuring seamless integration of experimentation into business processes. The position offers a hybrid work environment with up to 50% work from home flexibility and requires 0-25% travel.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and eCommerce, with a proven track record of designing rigorous online experiments. Responsibilities For Experimentation Program Manager

  • Consult across product, marketing and business teams to optimize experimentation strategies
  • Develop and implement research strategies to understand customer needs
  • Develop and improve standards for experimentation usage and best practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve research tools and drive optimization
  • Create and deliver training content for teams
  • Contribute to Experimentation Team success and community knowledge
  • Leverage and optimize Experimentation Program KPIs
  • Participate in regular business review meetings

Requirements For Experimentation Program Manager

  • 3+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles
  • 3+ years experience working with A/B testing or Feature Flagging tools
  • 2+ years of eCommerce/behavioral data analysis experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Experience with tools like Azure ExP, Optimizely, AB Tasty, Launch Darkly, StatSig
