Microsoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO&I) is seeking a Hardware Engineering IC4 position based in Paris, France. This role is part of the Datacenter Engineering (DCE) team, responsible for delivering core datacenter infrastructure for Microsoft's cloud business. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with up to 50% work from home capability and involves 0-25% travel.
The role focuses on datacenter civil engineering, requiring leadership in coordinating and directing civil engineering works for datacenter development. The successful candidate will be involved in all phases of projects, from site due diligence and masterplanning through detailed design and construction to final handover. They will work closely with Global Technical Excellence teams, Strategy teams, and DCE Operations Team to develop datacenter designs from initial concept to completion.
