Responsibilities For Lease Construction Manager - UK

  • Management of resources/talents assigned to the project
  • Working in collaboration with other site personnel for timely resolution of field queries
  • Delivery of the project meeting Safety, Quality, Predictable Cost and Schedule expectations
  • Hold GC and contracted vendors accountable to their contracted deliverables
  • Perform daily site walks and track project's progress
  • Manage construction scope, progress, execution, schedule, and cost
  • Ensure CSA and MEP works meet quality standards and comply with regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of all construction activities
  • Support commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting and handover

Requirements For Lease Construction Manager - UK

  • Degree or Equivalent professional accreditation in Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture
  • On-site construction management experience over concurrent data centres
  • MEP experience
  • Understanding of construction schedules and risks associated with delivery
  • Strong construction Health and Safety knowledge
  • Must pass Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years
