Member of Technical Staff - Android Engineer

Microsoft AI is seeking a talented Android engineer to join their team working on Copilot, their personalized AI assistant. This role is part of the Native Engineering team, responsible for building the core experience of Copilot on iOS and Android. The position requires collaboration with Product Management, Design, and AI Research teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, requiring 3 days per week in the office. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing consumer-grade Android applications, working with cutting-edge AI technology, and contributing to Microsoft's mission of empowering every person and organization globally.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $153,600 to $294,000 for the San Francisco location, along with comprehensive benefits including healthcare, educational resources, and parental leave.
