Description For Member of Technical Staff - Data Infrastructure Engineer

Microsoft AI (MAI) is seeking experienced Data Infrastructure Engineers to join their mission of building personal AI and Copilot systems. This role focuses on building core data pipelines for model fine-tuning and improving human-AI interactions. The position requires working from either New York City or Redmond office 3 days a week.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in distributed systems, data operations, and ML operations. You'll be working on mission-critical applications and platform components, requiring expertise in high-volume, low-latency data systems.   • Experience in scripting languages and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience operating and troubleshooting high performance production systems
