Member of Technical Staff - Full Stack Software Engineer

Microsoft AI is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join their team working on Copilot, their advanced AI assistant. This role involves working across all four stages of their evaluation platform: data sampling, AI data collection and processing, data analysis/evaluation, and dashboarding. The position requires expertise in full-stack development, including database backend, middle-tier services, front-end browser automation, and statistical analysis.

The role is based in Redmond, WA, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 3 days in office per week. You'll be part of Microsoft AI, a newly formed organization dedicated to advancing Copilot and other consumer AI products and research. The team oversees critical products including Copilot, Bing, Edge, and generative AI research.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll work with cutting-edge AI technologies and contribute to various surfaces including desktop, web, and mobile applications. The platform you'll be working on is crucial for assessing Copilot's relevance, accuracy, performance, and user experience.
