Microsoft AI is seeking a talented Growth Web Engineer to join their team working on Copilot, their personalized AI assistant. This role sits within the newly formed Microsoft AI (MAI) organization, which is dedicated to advancing consumer AI products including Copilot, Bing, Edge, and generative AI research.

The Growth engineering team plays a crucial role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention while developing features that accelerate product growth. Working closely with Product Management, Design, Data Scientists, and AI Research teams, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of personal computing.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll be responsible for building world-class consumer experiences in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings both technical excellence and strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on positive energy, empathy, and kindness. You'll need 4+ years of experience in web development, with a strong background in technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.

The position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, requiring 3 days per week in the office. You'll be part of Microsoft's mission to empower every person and organization on the planet to achieve more, working in a culture that values growth mindset, innovation, and collaboration.
