Microsoft AI (MAI) is seeking a talented Mobile Engineer to join their team and help shape the future of personal computing through the development of Copilot, their personalized AI assistant. This role sits within the Native Engineering team, which leads the core experience of Copilot on iOS and Android platforms.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of mobile development and artificial intelligence, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Design, and AI Research. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

As a Mobile Engineer, you'll be responsible for building consumer-grade applications that will reach millions of users worldwide. The role requires a strong foundation in mobile application architecture and modern development practices, with experience in languages like Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Java. You'll be working in Microsoft's newly formed AI organization, which is dedicated to advancing Copilot and other consumer AI products and research.

The position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, requiring 3 days per week in the office, offering a hybrid work model that balances collaboration and flexibility.
