Microsoft AI (MAI) is seeking experienced Product Engineers to join their team building Copilot web experiences. This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technology that impacts millions of users worldwide. As a Member of Technical Staff - Product Engineer, you'll be part of a team pushing the boundaries of AI, making it accessible to consumers, businesses, and developers.

The position involves working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you'll help build systems with true artificial intelligence across agents, applications, services, and infrastructure. You'll be responsible for developing the Copilot web experiences available on copilot.microsoft.com, Edge Browser, and Windows OS.

This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, requiring 3 days per week in the office. The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $153,600 to $294,000 for the San Francisco location, along with comprehensive benefits including healthcare, educational resources, and parental leave.
