Microsoft is seeking a Member of Technical Staff – Voice & Vision to join their AI team, focusing on developing cutting-edge voice and vision capabilities for their Copilot product. This role represents a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of generative AI, specifically in audio and video technologies. The position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, requiring 3 days per week in office.

The role combines expertise in voice recognition, natural language processing, and computer vision technologies. You'll be working on innovative solutions including super resolution, real-time video streaming, noise suppression, and echo cancellation to enhance voice quality across mobile platforms. As a founding engineer, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven audio and video technologies.
