Description For Member of Technical Staff - Windows Engineer

Microsoft AI (MAI) is seeking experienced Windows Engineers to join their team building next-generation Copilot capabilities on Windows. This role is part of the Windows Copilot team, responsible for creating experiences that showcase AI power in Windows, large screens, and productivity scenarios. The position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology while collaborating with Platform, Product Management, Design, and Research teams.

The role requires strong technical expertise in Windows development, including experience with Windows Internals, UI frameworks, and system-level programming. You'll be working in a hybrid environment, requiring 3 days per week in office at either Redmond, WA or San Francisco Bay Area locations. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $117,200 to $294,000 depending on level and location.
