As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding technical support to business customers, troubleshooting complex problems, and ensuring smooth operation of BI solutions. Responsibilities For Power BI Technical Support Engineer

  • Champion customer support journey providing timely and effective solutions
  • Resolve high-impact technical challenges for global customers including Fortune 500 companies
  • Engage with customers through multiple channels (phone, email, forums)
  • Identify and report software bugs and customer suggestions
  • Act as liaison between customers and internal development teams
  • Provide technical expertise and excellent communication

Requirements For Power BI Technical Support Engineer

PostgreSQL
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in technical support or technical consulting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI or similar BI tools
  • Understanding of SQL Server Analysis Services, MDX, DAX
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work in shift rotations including on-call and weekend work
