Join the Xbox Game Studios Publishing (XGSP) team, responsible for hit games like Towerborne, Microsoft Flight Simulator, and Ori and the Will of the Wisps. As a Principal Cloud Services Engineer, you'll be part of a creative team developing exciting new projects with cutting-edge technology. The role focuses on building and operating services that power both existing and upcoming games. You'll work with cloud technologies, particularly Azure, and handle large-scale highly available web services. The position requires expertise in service development, cloud engineering, and all aspects of the DevOps lifecycle.   • Mentor and guide partners in designing and developing robust web services
  • Cultivate and manage deep relationships with partners
  • Develop and maintain libraries, templates, practices, and documentation
  • Develop effective monitoring and alerting to achieve high availability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service, website, and infrastructure failures
  • Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation
