Microsoft's Corporate, External and Legal Affairs (CELA) Customer Security and Trust (CST) team is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Engineering Excellence. Responsibilities For Principal Product Manager, Engineering Excellence

  • Lead analysis of cybersecurity, privacy, resiliency, and responsible AI requirements
  • Drive product vision and strategy across multiple feature areas
  • Build trust with customers and lead customer engagement programs
  • Develop technical expertise in cybersecurity, privacy engineering, and AI engineering
  • Manage and prioritize portfolio of tasks and projects
  • Drive detailed designs and enforce engineering best practices
  • Build partnerships across Engineering and Product Management teams

Requirements For Principal Product Manager, Engineering Excellence

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  • 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps or similar agile toolset
  • US citizenship required
  • Experience with PowerBI preferred
  • 3+ years combined experiences in cybersecurity, privacy, resiliency, and AI development
  • Understanding of basic AI concepts (LLM's, ML, prompt Engineering)
  • Design skills with UX tools such as Figma
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment
