Principal Research SDE

Microsoft's Azure Data engineering team is seeking a Principal Software Engineer for the Gray Systems Lab (GSL), an applied research group within the Azure Data CTO office. This role focuses on building reliable, highly scalable distributed systems for data analytics on Azure. GSL tackles challenges in open-source and proprietary technologies related to analytics, cloud, AI, and storage systems. The team contributes to academic papers and builds technologies impacting Microsoft's revenue.
