Microsoft is seeking a Principal Software Engineering Manager to join their Office 365 Antitrust Compliance and Service Engineering team. This is a crucial leadership role within one of Microsoft's fastest-growing businesses, where you'll drive market access compliance while enhancing customer satisfaction and business security.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and compliance, leading a team that develops and maintains process and service monitoring for market access compliance. The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of technical engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a management or tech lead role. Experience with big data platforms, network protocols, and cloud services is crucial.
