Principal Software Engineering Manager

Microsoft is seeking a Principal Software Engineering Manager to join their Office 365 Antitrust Compliance and Service Engineering team. The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of technical engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a management or tech lead role. Experience with big data platforms, network protocols, and cloud services is crucial. You'll be working in a hybrid environment with up to 50% work from home flexibility, and the position offers competitive compensation ranging from $137,600 to $267,000 per year (varies by location).
