Responsibilities For Principal Technical Program Management Manager

  • Manage and lead a team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs)
  • Oversee COGS analysis, reporting, and optimization
  • Manage cloud resource allocation and capacity planning
  • Drive technical programs execution aligned with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, engineering, and product management
  • Identify and manage risks with appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Implement and monitor KPIs for TPM initiatives
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Requirements For Principal Technical Program Management Manager

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
  • 4+ years people management experience
  • 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
  • Must pass Microsoft Cloud background check
  • Experience in Identity and/or Security technology domains
  • Technical acumen and ability to translate needs into clear requirements
  • Strategic planning skills and roadmap execution experience
