Description For Procurement Manager- Toronto

Microsoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I) is seeking a Procurement Manager for their Toronto location. This role is part of the strategic Supply Chain team, responsible for establishing a supply chain to meet the growing demands of Microsoft Cloud and its customers. The position involves managing complex, multidisciplinary, multi-billion, multi-year datacenter construction and operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing OFCI (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed) Supplier labor in coordination with various stakeholders.
  2. Overseeing change order management after CDEs and tech submittals.
  3. Ensuring quality assurance for MEP/OFCI equipment on-site.
  4. Managing supplier engagement and performance, including post-award site delivery scheduling and on-time delivery performance.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations.
  • Experience in hyperscale data center or large building construction.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a matrix organization.
  • Knowledge of sourcing strategies and supply chain execution.

This role offers a competitive salary range of CAD $121,800 - CAD $219,100 per year, along with Microsoft's comprehensive benefits package.
