Microsoft's Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization is seeking a Program Manager to join their dynamic team responsible for enabling infrastructure growth including AI initiatives. This role is crucial in developing and executing strategies for datacenter spares and warranty support models at cloud scale. The position offers an opportunity to work with Microsoft's vast infrastructure of over 200 datacenters supporting 1 billion+ customers across 90 countries.

The ideal candidate will manage key strategic initiatives and KPIs while engineering robust processes for reliable service parts delivery to datacenters. This role combines technical expertise with program management skills, requiring collaboration across multiple disciplines including Sourcing, Finance, Data Center Operations, and Procurement.

Working in a hybrid environment with up to 50% work from home flexibility, you'll be part of Microsoft's mission to deliver cloud capacity through intelligent systems and continuous learning. Responsibilities For Program Manager

  • Define and engineer process and tools for managing service parts business for global regions
  • Define & drive detailed program schedules, including senior-level program reviews
  • Engineer, execute, and refine process and tool models to improve operational efficiency
  • Build working relationships across multiple disciplines and teams
  • Drive continuous improvement of deployment processes
  • Implement measurement frameworks for data-driven decision making
  • Collaborate with Sourcing, Finance, Data Center Operations, Procurement, and other teams
  • Define and monitor KPI reporting

Requirements For Program Manager

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or Programming
  • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience
  • Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
