The Sales Excellence Manager- Small, Medium Business covering the Small, Medium, Corporate Business in the Americas region is a strategic role that enables and drives consistent Sales Excellence practices to achieve cloud transformation and growth objectives. As a trusted advisor to the Customer Success Leadership team, the focus of the Senior Sales Excellence Manager's role is to be a driver of sales discipline and execution excellence, as well as a sales coach, accelerating business growth by translating insights into actions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Business Partnership and Support: Advising on segment strategy, quota setting, and sales operations.
  • Supporting Executive Capacity: Assisting segment leaders in various aspects of business management.
  • Driving Sales Process Discipline: Instilling excellence in execution and pipeline health.
  • Sales Coaching for Growth and Transformation: Improving awareness of corporate programs and enhancing seller capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes.
  • 5+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders and customers.
  • Strong project management and presentation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities For Sales Excellence Manager- Small, Medium Business

  • Advise on segment strategy, territory planning, and quota setting
  • Maintain and define a predictable rhythm of connection (RoC)
  • Orchestrate Account/Portfolio Partner Business Plan
  • Drive sales growth through account or business planning
  • Support segment leader capacity as a senior leader
  • Instill sales process discipline and excellence in execution
  • Contribute to analytics on key revenue drivers
  • Improve awareness of Corporate or TimeZone programs among sales teams
  • Coach sales teams on executing key priorities

Requirements For Sales Excellence Manager- Small, Medium Business

  • 8+ years experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions
  • 5+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
  • 3+ years managing projects, including planning, managing timelines, and tracking progress
  • 4+ years presentation experience with a focus on storytelling and persuasion
  • Ability to function effectively in a matrixed work environment
