Responsibilities For Security Engineer

  • Build and lead Microsoft's end-to-end response process for security vulnerabilities in hardware virtualization
  • Lead triage, analysis, and prioritization of hardware virtualization security vulnerabilities
  • Lead complex security reviews and drive operational security incidents
  • Design and deliver external and internal security guidance
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance data
  • Exercise technical curiosity to collect and analyze security data
  • Help make connections and develop agreements between groups

Requirements For Security Engineer

Kubernetes
  • 5+ years experience in software development lifecycle, large scale computing, cyber security, anomaly detection
  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Risk Management, Cyber Security, or related field
  • Preferred: 6+ years experience in the field
  • Preferred: Master's Degree in relevant field
  • Preferred: CISSP Certification, Security+ Certification, or relevant certification
