Responsibilities For Security Technical Specialist

  • Lead technical subject matter expert for cybersecurity within account teams
  • Deliver proof of Microsoft's technology solutions to customers
  • Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and architecture design sessions
  • Clear technical, competitive and security blockers to accelerate Security sales
  • Own winning technical decisions for sales opportunities
  • Orchestrate complex solutions with internal and external partners

Requirements For Security Technical Specialist

  • 5+ years of related experience in technical presales and/or technical consulting roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
  • Microsoft 365 Security Administration or Azure Security Engineer certification (preferred)
  • Experience as Security architect with ability to design key solutions
  • Practical expertise in cloud and hybrid security solutions
  • Strong technical breadth in cloud and hybrid infrastructures
  • Domain authority in enterprise security solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in consultative technical selling
  • Strong leadership and influence abilities
