As part of the Azure Engineering Support organization, you'll be responsible for resolving complex technical problems, supporting key customer projects, and acting as the voice of the customer within Azure.
The position offers up to 100% remote work flexibility and focuses on turning Azure customers into fans through engineering-led support experiences. You'll work closely with field teams, including Customer Success Account Managers, Cloud Solution Architects, and Support Escalation Engineers, while collaborating with Azure engineering teams.
