This role is part of the Microsoft Artificial Intelligence System on Chip (AISoC) Silicon team, where you'll be responsible for delivering premium-quality designs that push the boundaries of what's possible in AI hardware.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technology in AI silicon development, focusing on high-performance, high-bandwidth designs. You'll be leading pre-silicon verification efforts for custom IP and subsystem components, working closely with architecture and design teams to ensure implementation meets both architectural and micro-architectural intent.

The role requires extensive experience in design verification, particularly with complex ASIC or SOC systems. You'll be working with advanced technologies and methodologies including UVM, RTL debugging, and industry-standard bus interfaces. The position offers a competitive salary range of $117,200 - $229,200 (higher in SF Bay Area and NYC), along with comprehensive benefits including healthcare, educational resources, and parental leave.

As part of Microsoft's commitment to innovation and inclusion, you'll be working in a diverse team environment that values growth mindset and collaboration. The hybrid work arrangement (up to 50% work from home) offers flexibility while maintaining team connectivity. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced verification engineers looking to make an impact in the rapidly evolving field of AI hardware development.

The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a collaborative spirit to help drive Microsoft's AI silicon initiatives forward.
